easy to use employee reward system with
pre-determined levels. When an outstanding play is
made in a sporting event, the players give each
other a high hand slap or “High 5”. Now you can have
your managers “High 5” your staff by recognizing and
rewarding employees instantly for achieving desired
behaviors or going above and beyond their normal
duties.
Here’s how High
5 works:
It’s as easy as 1,
2, and 3!! You purchases a minimum of 100 cards,
mixing different levels as desired. (Ex: 50 of the
Level 1, 25 of Level 2, 15 of Level 3 and 10 of
Level 5.) The company provides cards to managers and
supervisors for instant recognition to staff. The
cards have the standard High 5 logo on the front
with a landing page site on the back with the reward
code. The employee accesses the site, enters the
reward code (which takes them to the level they have
been selected to receive), they then make their
choice and follow the instructions. Digital rewards
can be rewarded instantly; non-digital rewards will
require approximately two weeks delivery time.
